Counseling and Psychotherapy for Teenagers

Offering flexible after-school hours. In-person in Santa Monica & virtual.

Supporting teens through anxiety, depression, social pressures, friendships, and academic stress.

Adolescence can feel overwhelming—for both teenagers and their parents. I offer a warm, grounded space where teens can talk openly, feel understood, and build healthier ways of coping with stress, relationships, school, and self-esteem.

What I Help Teenagers With:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overthinking

  • Social pressure + friendship challenges

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth

  • Academic and performance pressure

  • Identity exploration

  • Perfectionism

  • Body Image & Eating Disorders

  • Emotional regulation + overwhelm

  • Family conflict + communication

  • Boundaries, independence, and self-trust

  • Technology + social media stress

  • Relationship issues

How I Work With Teens

My approach is warm, relational, and developmentally attuned. I blend evidence-based therapy with present-moment awareness, teaching teens to:

Understand their emotions (not fear them)

Build self-confidence and internal resilience

Navigate friendships & Strengthen boundaries without shutting down

Feel more grounded, motivated, and connected

Talking to a therapist doesn’t have to feel awkward. My office (and virtual sessions) are a private, judgment-free space where you can be honest about anything — stress, friends, school, relationships, identity, family, or anything else on your mind.

You don’t need to “have it all figured out.” You just need a place where you can talk openly and feel understood.
