You can reach me via the free consultation tab. I offer brief, complimentary phone consultations to discuss what you’re looking for. If you decide you’d like to start treatment, we can set up a session at that time.
-
Yes. I offer in-person sessions at my Santa Monica office for clients who prefer face-to-face therapy. Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive the exact address information.

Online sessions are held through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform designed specifically for therapy. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer — all you need is a stable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable talking. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online therapy, as it removes commute time and makes it easier to fit sessions into their schedules while still receiving the same quality of care as in person.

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. This length allows enough time for us to explore what’s coming up for you while staying focused and grounded in the work. Longer sessions may be arranged upon request for deeper intensive work & at a prorated cost.
-
50-minute sessions are $220. Payment is due at the time of each session. I’m considered an out-of-network provider, and many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance by submitting a superbill, which I’m happy to provide.
-
I don’t currently accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You can contact your insurance provider in advance to learn about their policies for out-of-network mental health services.
-
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your background, current challenges, and hopes for our work together. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood — and where we can begin to build a collaborative long-term relationship that supports your growth.
-
The length of therapy is different for everyone and depends on your goals, the depth of the work, and what feels right for you. Some clients come for a few months to address specific issues, while others choose to continue longer-term for deeper self-exploration and ongoing support. We’ll revisit your goals together as we go to ensure therapy continues to feel meaningful and aligned with your needs.
