Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based, experiential approach that views the mind as made up of many “parts,” each with its own perspective, emotions, and role. Some parts work hard to keep you safe or in control, while others carry pain, fear, or shame from past experiences.

Through IFS, we bring compassion and understanding to these parts so they no longer need to protect you through overwhelm, self-criticism, or withdrawal. As trust grows within your internal system, you reconnect with your Self—the calm, wise, and grounded core of who you are.
