Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I offer individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, and therapy for teenagers. My work often focuses on relationship patterns, anxiety, life transitions, identity, and emotional overwhelm. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful approach that helps people understand and work with the different parts of themselves.

How do I get started?

You can reach out through the contact form on this website. From there, we can schedule a brief consultation call to see if working together feels like the right fit and discuss next steps.

What is Internal Family Systems (IFS)?

Internal Family Systems is a therapeutic approach that helps people understand the different “parts” of themselves — such as the part that feels anxious, the part that wants to please others, or the part that feels critical. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, we learn to understand them and create more internal balance and self-leadership.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

I offer both in-person sessions in Santa Monica and virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in California. Some clients prefer the consistency of meeting in person, while others appreciate the flexibility of virtual sessions. We can decide together what feels like the best fit.

How do I know if therapy with you is the right fit?

Finding the right therapist matters. In our initial consultation, you’ll have space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to explore what’s most important to you.

Do you offer therapy for clients in Santa Monica or West Los Angeles?

Yes. My office is located in Santa Monica and I regularly work with clients from across the Westside, including Brentwood, Venice, Pacific Palisades, and Marina del Rey, and Westwood. I also offer virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in California.
